Oh right. Problem, reaction, solution. The EU is a dictatorship and you want global governance? It will never be time for a one world government.

Yes, if indeed said government is a post-capitalist, egalitarian, equalitarian, highly decentralised and ultimately participatory democracy.No, if it in any way resembles any of our current 'democracies', including, but obviously not limited to, the EU itself. Which however is proposed herein? Quite obviously the latter; ergo, the answer is no.
